The Five Buckets

Recently The Five Buckets became a part of Danish Art Foundation family of purchased works.

The Five Buckets are my reflection of the theme of this years the Cabinet makers Autumnexhibition, “How can furniture promote human encounters in the public space?”

The buckets are made of the same basic shape, each of them has its own type of handle. They look great by its own, they have its own unique form and shape, but placed side by side, they together create a larger whole. The buckets are made of corten steel, which takes on a rusty colour and is well suited for outdoor use.
